Overall Goal:  I am regaining definition in my calf and lo and behold it looks like there is a "hole" in the muscle! Add that to the fact that my left calf is at least an inch smaller than the right...FREAKY LOOKING!!!

Fit Status:  Have to stick to swimming for a while while my calf heals...again.

How I Started:
I was a competitive swimmer in High School and university. When I got to university, I qualified for New Englands in the 200m butterfly. I was 5'7" and 145 pounds soaking wet. the other guys up on the blocks were all 6' and 210 or 215. Since I couldn't get taller, I decided to get bigger and stronger (I did eventually get taller...late bloomer).
Why I Love It:
I like lifting heavy things.
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting stronger is motivational enough.
