When I Started: Jan, 1995
How I Started: Initially, I just wanted to lose a little weight back when I was 18 and one thing led to another. I got started working out at home with TaeBo Advanced then eventually ventured into the weight room, where I really fell in love with fitness. Eventually, I began doing figure competitions.
Why I Love It: I have learned that success is an attitude not a destination!!!
How I Stay Motivated: Positive thoughts, compliments from others, knowledge of fitness and nutrition, good supplement schedule, and of course a hot playlist on my MP3
BB Accomplishments: I look forward to competing again. :)

What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't think any less of someone who "grunts" in the gym. Whatever works for them:)
