I used to have really awesome calve muscles (due to dance and cheerleading) so I just wanted to take a pic of them to see what my real progress will look like now that I'm focusing on them (this was taken without being up on my toes so I know how much definition I really have).

I think I've made the most progress with my back! I'm excited, yet motivated . . . I want more! I'm still carrying way too much body fat (29%). Can't wait to see what it looks like when I reach my goal!

So here's a tricep shot! I'm actually ok with the progress made, though I still want to be able to see this without flexing! But my shoulders and tri's have made good progress!

NO THIS IS NOT A PICTURE OF MY BOOBS! I can see tons of progress in my shoulders and my arms! 25% bodyfat is looking good on my arms,it's my tummy that's needs to be more defined!

Full body pic . . . eeewww! I really need to get my body fat down, cuz my tummy is a mess . . . but it's cool, I'm making progress, i just wish my stretch marks would disappear . . . but it's cool too, they are my battle scars!

Ok . . .really hate this picture . . . the stretch marks can't do anything about that . . . and besides I love my little one:-) BUt this just reminds me I HAVE to focus more on diet . . . starting today I'm counting protein, carbs, and fat grams . . . gotta know what to fix!

9 weeks out . . . ltos of work to do . . . I've added some size to my arms and I'm super happy about that . . . now just have to focus on leaning out and keeping the muscle!!!
