So . . . long time no see huh!!! Still recouping but I have the okay to get back in the gym (easy cardio etc.) this week! I'm super HAPPY!

So . . . I've been in hospital for a while! I asked for discharge papers yesterday:-( I'll blog later on details. My body hates meds!

So it's official . . . I'm sick . . . swollen tonsills, can barely swallow, I'm freezing! I will need to see the doctor TOMORROW!

Finished teaching my classes for the day! Just had an entire bag a cabbage slaw with a piece of tilapia! YUM!

Focus on diet . . . easy on the hamstring . . . and weightlifting 5-6 times per week, cardio 6 times per week! Consistency!
