I got my first group fitness certification from AFFA and started working as an instructor at a women's gym in Texas! But I really started focusing on workingout after my son was born in 2002!
Why I Love It:
God only gave me 1 body, so I gotta take care of it! It just feels SOOOOO good . . . I love lifting heavy, sweating, thinking I'm not gonna make it the end of a set . . . and then getting it done . . .and adoring the burning feeling in my muscles!
How I Stay Motivated:
My little one keeps my motivated. . . I want him to know the importance of staying healthy and fit! And he's so competative at such a young age. He always wants to race and do push-up contest and "let's see who can hold a plank the longest!" He's only 6, I have to give him some serious competition:-)!Plus wanting to look SMOKING HOT at all times, keeps me motivated too!!

9 weeks out . . . ltos of work to do . . . I've added some size to my arms and I'm super happy about that . . . now just have to focus on leaning out and keeping the muscle!!!
Focus on creating an amazing temple! My body is a piece of art!! Curvy muscular defined physique!! Be bikini ready 24/7, 365!!!
Goal (Long):
I'm not sure what size or what weight right now . . . but I have the look in mind! I really want to maintain the muscles I have . . . that's really important. From now until March really focus on my CORE (lower back, abs, glutes). Maintain CURVES and MUSCLES while leaning out a bit more! Work hard and train until I puke!
She's made an amazing journey and you can't help but be inspired! Plus she's a mommy, anyone who's a mom and can make it work, inspires me! Plus I love her honesty about the journey! Kass, has worked SUPER hard to get to where she is and I sincerely applaud her!
Look at this amazing woman! CT inspires me to eat clean year round! She has an awesome cut and defined look year round. She never looks "soft" or mushy and I love that! It's about about the chicken breast and cans of tuna baby!
So, yesterday AM I did a step class (awesome class when it comes to cardio, it was great)! And I didn't eat enough (just a few cheerios, I know, really bad), so I felt like I was gonna puke the entire class. The class started at 9am and that was all I had eaten all AM. My body wasn't happy with...

Tuesday: Legs
Wednesday: Tons of cardio and abs
Thursday: Back and biceps
Friday: Shoulders
Saturday: Legs (Circuit/High Reps)
Sunday: REST
My calves are lacking so I work them about every other day....
