Today was leg day, but I got pretty pumped...It's hard to judge your progress by looking in the mirror! Plus, I found an old camera that works a lot better than my cell phone cam!

Hey, what's up? Are you still running the Hatfield's routine these days. I started it this Monday; have been using the AM/PM split, and should be on this routine for next 8 weeks.

I can't run either ... so I have to do speed walking. It can make things take a long time! LOL. At least I pass the runners when they're taking a breather and walking. Oh yeah, best damn glute exercise out there. You know when you're sitting down after a 1/2. :)
