How I Started:
I got started working out when I met my husband. I could barely believe that this really hot guy was actually into me. I felt it was high time to match his hotness (at least on the outside)
Why I Love It:
I love working out (weight lifting / cardio) because even on the days that I don't want to go, I feel so much better after words. Like the world is a safer place because I've had some time to myself and a chance to burn some calories!
How I Stay Motivated:
I like to read the transformations of the week to keep motivated. Also, just going to the gym seeing all the devoted people there regularly keeps me going as well. The main thing that keeps me motivated is to impress myself and my husband. I hope to shed a lot of body fat before we try to expand our family.
BB Accomplishments:
I did have one accomplishment that came to mind. I completed Wildflower - Triathlon in 2007. Must be the reason why I love cardio so much. I aimed to do the "ironman" distances, but settled on "olympic" distances instead. Still not bad though: 1.5K Swim, 40K Bike, and a 10K Run. My first of many achievements.

Hey girl! Feeling much better this morning. I've always squatted with my feet a little bit less than shoulder width apart, toes forward, and butt down as far you can. Have a great weekend!
If I run out of time and don't get to do my 10-20 minutes of cardio after weight training. I like to do supersets, 2-3 exercises back to back for 3-5 sets. If I have kept my rests short and the intensity high then I am usually wiped out by the end. So, I don't sweat it too much--just try to manage my time better the next time. Or I'll throw in a couple of sets of squat jumps--those tire you out really quickly.
