I lift heavy about four or sometimes five days a week. Rest is a major element in any bodybuilding program. Seems like the more quality rest I get the better the result in building mass. Seriously. Four days to me is better than six days of heavy training. I lift heavy through contest prep too...
Hey Jodi looks like you are doing well. I am having some trouble getting out of my slump. Do you have any sample weekly workouts with weights and cardio? I need some new ideas! THANKS!!!!
Hey girl! How are you? Did you compete this September? If so, ow'd you do? :) Hey...can you email me your diet? I'm really trying to get back on track!! This 150 lb crap is killing me! ha!
