This is me right now doing what would be my front in FBB...I'm sort of pleased with the progress at this point. 140 lbs.
This is my right now doing what would be front in Figure...I'm really happy with both FBB and Figure posings. So we'll see which I decide to do this year...depends on # of competitors really! 140 lbs.
I lift heavy about four or sometimes five days a week. Rest is a major element in any bodybuilding program. Seems like the more quality rest I get the better the result in building mass. Seriously. Four days to me is better than six days of heavy training. I lift heavy through contest prep too...

Hi Jodi! The offseason is going great so far. No I am done for this year. I am focusing on making some more improvements and maybe hit the stage in a year or so.
Are you doing the Indy show in Sept.??
hey girl! yeah I am ready to get the show on the road! I am soo ready to enjoy my summer!! LOL!! 3 more days and I will have oficially been dieting for 21 wks. I am ready for a break! :)
I was actually referring to next week...but I totally forgot that I get off work at 2 on Thurs. and 1 on Fri. so..Maybe we could do it on one of those days! call and leave me a VM tonight to let me know. Thanks!
