This is from Sept 2007 I was 1 week out from my very first show! My back was NARROW!!! I was 118 lbs in that picture. About 18% body fat.
I'm around 133lbs in this picture, 9 weeks out and I intend to lose another 15 to 20 lbs prior to my contest, that weight DOES include water drop.

Workout Program:
I lift heavy about four or sometimes five days a week. Rest is a major element in any bodybuilding program. Seems like the more quality rest I get the better the result in building mass. Seriously. Four days to me is better than six days of heavy training. I lift heavy through contest prep too...
