I have always liked to be active. I stay involved in several sports and activities. I first became interested in Bodybuilding when I went to watch a friend compete for the first time last year. I immediately wanted to train to be on the stage. Cheer, gymnastics background, love performance :)
Why I Love It:
I love to train hard, lift heavy, and see results...
How I Stay Motivated:
The hard work I put in helps me remember why I do this. It is a sport of self discipline and personal growth. Small changes and obeservable phisique developments keep me working towards 1st place.

Goal (Long):
Achieve and maintain a level of fitness that I have never reached before. Get on stage looking like I have trained as hard as I have, and continue to learn and grow as a competitor.

I'm a fellow competitor and I know what you are going through. I just wanted to encourage you to stay with it and keep pushing it. Remember if it was easy everyone would do it.

I do :) I've been working with Layne Norton right from the start. The man knows his stuff inside and out and has taken my physique to uncharted territory. I highly recommend him if you plan on using someone else's help. He's awesome! Thanks for the kind words and best of luck to you :)
Hi jen, no I havent done fitness just lightweight bodybuilding, I almost made middleweight and at that I would not have been lean enough. Good Luck with all you do , you have pro potential.
Hi Jen, hope you are having a great weekend. I read part of your blog where you said that you aren't going to compete. I hate to hear that, just keep working and leaning out. There will be other comps to prepare for :)
