I like knowing that everytime I step into the gym, it is an opportunity to make myself a better bodybuilder.
How I Stay Motivated:
Staying motivated is not a challenge for me.
I always look forward to getting to the gym, and hate when my workout is over, LOL!!
My wife is a huge source of motivation, and support for me.
She is always encouraging and helps me stay honest about the area's that I need to work on....

I only do 20 minutes per day for 3 days. Day 4 is my long day, but I only do about 40 minutes.
Unless you are training as a runner or something there is no sense in wasting time going over 40 minutes....
Your body will start to burn carbs as fuel at that point instead of stored fat.
The optimal heart-rate per minute to burn fat is about 125-140. Like doing to much cardio, going to fast will be burn carbs and not fat.I only do 20 minutes per day for 3 days. Day 4 is my long day, but I only do about 40 minutes.

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I do not really have a favorite, they are all pretty boring, LOL.
So I mix them up from the Treadmill, to Stairclimber and Ellyptical.
Summary
My strength is still on the rise. I again increased weight on every exercise this morning. Rep count remained the same as did my form, and the contraction of each rep. Nothing was sacrificed for the extra weight. I was on such a HIGH this morning it was incredible.
