hey! training has fallen a bit off track this last week, just been really busy with work and coaching soccer so i ended up skipping chest/tri day...my second leg day..and my second back day..so well..obviously not a productive week, but i'm ready to get back at it tomorrow. how about you?
thanks for the tip man, yeah I still haven't got use to eating so much..I know I'm not getting enough protein so maybe I need a good protein shake to help me reach it..?
Hmmm... I guess like anyone's. Some days I love it, some days I hate it. Pain and I have a love/hate relationship, you know how it goes. I've met so many people on this site who are gluttons for punishment ;) How's yours?
Fun! I'm trying to get toned. I'd been trying to do an hour of cardio a day, but it's so boring, I'm just gonna do 30 minutes of HIIT cardio. Plus, trying to get stronger without adding mass. I'm not sure if I'm doing it right, but I try to do a lot of sets with heavy weights. Sound right to you?
