How I Started:
I was Diagnosed anorexic in my 8th grade year. i knew I had to change. I started eating right and lifting. From there on my life changed and I continue to do it for the rest of my life. I am now healthy and in the best shape I have ever been in
Why I Love It:
It is a major stress reliever and makes me feel good about myself
