I have always been involved in sports and just let myself go as I got older. Got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I want to look good nekkid. I wanted my wife to drool over me again. I want to look like I just got released from prison to those just released from prison. I want to be a healthy role model to my family and fellow cops.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good inside and out. I love the way I look in my clothing. It helps on the job. It's a good stress reliever in a highly stressful occupation. My 2 yr old son mimics me so I want him to mimic a healthy lifestyle.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look at myself in the mirror. I look at others on this site that have changed their bodies. I think about all the crooks who do nothing but workout in prison that would love to take me on. I look at other fellow cops with the "cop build" (ya know big ole bellies, droppy posture)and I tell myself that is not going to be me. As of March 10, 2007 I made a promise to my first born that I would stay fit and teach him to stay fit.
BB Accomplishments:
Currently I am not interested in competing. But never say nerver.

As of today I have been back in the gym for 5 weeks. I can already tell things have chaged. Today I had to chase my little boy through the mall (think 2 year old Olympic sprinter). I never got winded. Six weeks ago I would have been huffing and puffing as soon as I started running after him....
Alright, it is time to kick the training into high gear for the next fifty days (ending Sept 30). I will provide updates on the weekends. Take care and remember that you do motivate others with your words and progress so keep up the awesome work. God Bless
hey stranger hows the weight loss bit going any progress pics? I seem to be a little stagnate right now but after my night shift tonight. I'm hitting the gym for a few hours in the morning.
lol damn you had to bring up the hot wings didnt you my housemate has some in the fridge that i have been having dirty thoughts about as for sitting my butt in a unit and working I might wanna trade you about now I'm going nuts in my room I mean seriously its 3 am here and I am going nutty.
Normal cut in the belly and they used the Mesh to patch the problem area. It was funny when the doc told me that if I went into the gym before my 12 months was up he would kick my @$$. didn't want me to ruin his fine work.
thanxs its the latest of progress pics. You really needs to get that checked out you can retain fluids that can create a serious infection, or possible create a more severe situation that would require more than the regular twenty minute procedure to fix it.
