Background
I have always been involved in sports and just let myself go as I got older. Got sick and tired of being sick and tired. I want to look good nekkid. I wanted my wife to drool over me again. I want to look like I just got released from prison to those just released from prison. I want to be a healthy role model to my family and fellow cops. I eventually realized I was getting too intouched with my inner fat boy and had to stop.
It makes me feel good inside and out. I love the way I look in my clothing. It helps on the job. It's a good stress reliever in a highly stressful occupation. My 3 yr old son mimics me so I want him to mimic a healthy lifestyle. Plus I gotta do something to distract from this ugly face of mine.

Posted in Training : Feb 19, 2012 3:16pmAs I sit here listening to Kelly Rowland's "Motivation" I got to thinking about my workouts and diet over the past few months. How I have not been consistent despite my desire and better judgement. I couldn't figure out why I think about working out and for the most part watching what I put in my mouth but could only string together a few weeks of consistency. Then it hit me...Kelly Rowland knows. MOTIVATION! I lack it in a big way. My life is not all that hectic. No excuses to explain. I just lack focus and motivation. So the other night while sitting in bed watching

Posted in Other : Oct 07, 2011 6:52amMy last blog entry was May 26, 2011. Shortly after writing that blog was the last time I worked out. 4 whole months since I got a workout in! Pathetic! It all started with some medical setbacks (non-gym injuries) back to back that kept me out of the gym. It took me about 4 or 5 weeks to fully recover from the injuries and get to a position to continue to workout again. However by that time laziness had set in and it just felt too good to go straight home after my shift and bypass the gym. I am mad at myself cuz I was starting to see some very good results from my hard work and dedication. N
