How I Started:
Well..I've been active my entire life, playing soccer, running track, etc. Had my first visit to the weight room when I was 16, been into it ever since! However, I've taken my fair share of time off, and have always neglected my diet. I'd like to take my fitness and body to the next level.
Why I Love It:
Too many reasons to list them all! Mostly for stress release, personal satisfaction, self confidence, and fun!
How I Stay Motivated:
Read motivational biographies, look at old pictures, surround myself with motivated people..
I would like to lose 5lbs of bodyfat in the next 2 weeks while continuing to work hard at maintaing/building muscle. I'm hoping this will allow my abs to show through better, and lean out my arms a bit.
