FitCent. Yeah, he keeps kicking me in my ample rear end all the way to the gym. He's introduced me to the world of fitness over and over again, and what a world it is!
Why I Love It:
Endorphins! Hello! They're free, easy to obtain, no side affects like hang overs or addictions (although some would disagree), but most of all, THEY'RE FREE!
How I Stay Motivated:
FitCent. He's my motivation. If it wasn't for the fact that he doesn't mind pushing me all the way to the gym, then I'd be one hell'a big blob! Oh wait, I am...but a SHRINKING blob, not a GROWING blob.
BB Accomplishments:
It's taken me 38 years to grow this hunk o' body...even if it takes me another 38 years to shrink this hunk o' body, I'm in it for the long haul.

What the heck do you say about a picture like this? It's probably 2 am and I'm working off a hangover?
This is 15 lbs down. Here are my excuses as to why I don't notice any change:
1. It's close to Aunt Flo's visit.
2. I hadn't been to the gym in a week.
3. I just drank 7 gallons of water.
4. Black makes me look fat.
5. Wearing glasses makes my head look small, which makes my body look bigger.
There's nothing more rewarding than fighting for and winning peace for yourself and your family.
Goal (Long):
Well...let's see...they say that the devil is in the details. I guess that I've always just thought that I'm going to lose weight without really planning it out.
If I were hard pressed right this minute to think of a goal, I'd say that it would be to lose 122.4 lbs of fat, and pretty much just keep the muscle that I have.
Time frame? Within 18 months. Starting right...NOW!
I have no doubt that my body has had to maintain a pretty good amount of muscle to carry around all the friggin' fat that's on it, so just keeping what I've got would rock.
What BF % do I have? Not sure, and frankly, I don't wanna know right now. It's embarrassing enough having to LOOK at the fat without having to know exactly how much of my body IS fat.
Yes yes yes, just another terrifically wonderful workout with my husband, FitCent. I did my entire upper body today because I started a different workout. I've done this one before, it's the Bill Phillips "Body for Life" program, so I know it works (lost around 60 pounds in 6 months...
Hey Sista, how is everyhting??? Today is a good day, I have lost another 1.2 lbs! Not much, but darn it, I am celebrating it!
Going to the gym soon to know some weight around!

I am having trouble figuring out how to workout with school. I mean seriously we go from 8:30-almost 4. Then have a farm, dinner & other commitments to deal with. Before school we have chores and other stuff too. I think I am going to try doing in the afternoon right after school. Will let ya know how that works out for me.
Thanks for the comments on the picture. Everyone is saying they see it in the waist...and I'm still like WHERE?!?!!? lol Don't guess we'll ever be happy withour own bodies will we? lol
CONGRATS!!! on making your goal. That's awesome! Keep on rockin' it girl! I've made no progress but my diet hasn't been great either...not bad, but not contest diet either.

LOL, I would like to be able to sleep with my wife so not going to say that! Hopefully after I drop a good amount of weight, she will see the light and start following me!

As for me, hittimg the gym back again tomorow...got married last week and with honeymoon, I have been off track for awhile!
We all have to do what makes us happy but what keeps us healthy too- a balance of all of it is the best. A lot of muscle is important.. I mean seriously, with the BMI index I am considered obese so none of that crap is relative to people who train and have muscle. Do your thang and be who you are and just be fit and healthy right along side ;)
There is a misconception- it's all relative to how much muscle you carry on your frame too!! They say one should weigh 120 lbs at 5'5 and for every inch over 5'5 add 5 lbs.. So for me at 5'10 they say I should weigh 145 lbs. That's 15 lbs lighter than I am now. It's crazy because they DO NOT take into account muscle.
Keep at it... dont let things get ya down. It's a life long way that you have to life, not a quick or short term thing. You know this I am sure but sometimes it's good to remind ourselves :) I remind myself when I get tired and dont want to train... lately that has happened a lot ;) Ugg, some days I am so over the gym and I just want to veg. But, I either push myself through a workout or if I veg and just make sure I eat really cleanly and perfect that day if I know I'm not going to the gym.
Yes I am 160 lbs...why do you ask??? I use to be 184 lbs and a lot bigger both fat and muscle. That's the tough part I have noticed, when I had extra fat weight on my body and lots of muscle too it made me look so much bigger and bulkier. BUT, over time I got a hold of the eating thing and set my body straight. It takes time but I never gave up on the weight training. It is why I am where I am now. That muscle is life saving, and tremendously important for burning calories and being healthy.
