New Years Day 2007! Front 8-12-2009
This is 1 of 3 pictures of me in really bad shape. They were my New Years 2007 resolution before pics. I remember it well.. my wife and I worked out two times, I pulled a muscle in my leg, (imagine that) and never returned. Never returned until February 2008 that is!!
I decided to start dieting down after reflecting on my last progress pic. I am down to 239 and will update again in a couple of weeks.

This was me at 247 prior just short of my dieting down phase for the July contest. However, due to a recent injury ( right Achilles tendon rupture) I will not be competing in 09. I will use this time wisely.

Return since rupturing my achilles tendon back in January. Goal is to compete in July of 2010. Currently dieting down a bit.

Been working on gaining lean body mass since getting back in the gym while my achilles tendon heals. I plan on competing in July of next year.

Just focusing on gaining as much mass as possible until January when I will start cutting down. Doing this 100% naturally and gonna compete against those who are not AND look good doing it! ha!
