Looking good as always! I am back on a diet and dropped 15lbs so far. I am sticking to the Bill Grant program that I was doing last year when I did that Biggest Loser contest at work. Good luck at your next show I will have my first in July next year.

Thanks for stopping by the other week. Things are going good I have started my diet and am down 14lbs looking to to shred some lbs these next couple months. Sticking to the Bill Grant workout that I had a lot of success with a year ago.

Hey bro.. Things are going good. Just working on gaining a few lbs of lean body mass for next years show.. I have recovered well from the surgery but am still taking some things slow. How are you doing?

Thanks for checking in.. I am finally back to an almost "normal" walk.. I have been back training for 3 weeks now. I am having a hard time with cardio cause I have to use a bike only and am used to the treadmill. But going good! How have you been?

Hey there! Things are going good. The mindset that I am not going to compete until next July helped in my letting my diet go quite a bit. Training is going good and I am now working the SLOW process of brining my weight back down. How about yourself, what's new?
