When I Started:
Feb, 2008
How I Started:
I worked out a lot when I was younger(inconsistently).Over the years I have lost a LOT of muscle and gained a LOT of fat. In February 08 my employer began a contest for all of its employees, calling it "The Biggest Loser". my starting weight was 251.6 and I finished at 209 losing a total of 42.4lbs in just 16 weeks. That contest was the catalyst which brought me back to a healthy lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about Bodybuilding from the feeling you get during the workout to the mental alertness during the day to the great sleep at night.
How I Stay Motivated:
My wife motivates me the most. She and I work as a team on this, and it is awesome to have her help. Also I have to tell you.. I love the looks she gives as I improve. ;)
BB Accomplishments:
The loss over over 42.4lbs during a 16 week contest we had at work called "The Biggest Loser" where I placed 2nd.

I am now considering giving their suppliments a shot and moving forward with thier challenge. I am not 100% sure yet but I do not...
This is the program I have been using. Combined with 30-60 minutes of Cardio every-other-day I have got great beginner results.
What I like most about this program is the pace and the Supersets. Only One minute rest between each exercise(unless it is after a superset then the rest is only...

WOW! Great pictures (your transformation is truly inspiring!) and an even better profile. What you wrote shows you clearly a complete man (brains and brawn). I especially liked your "Forum Signature" Thanks for posting! P.S.-I am from Seattle (Go Seahawks!) Used to go have a beer at the Olympic Club!
Thank you for your comments. It's great to get support from other body builders. I am looking forward to one day being able to show my before and after photos so others know they can achieve their goals as well. God Bless.
