How I Started:
I use to workout a lot when I was younger(inconsistently).Over the years I have lost a lot of muscle and seemed to have replace it with fat. February 08 my employer began a contest for all of its employees called "The Biggest Loser". During the 16 week challenge I lost over 44lbs of body weight while gaining lean body mass The contest was the catalyst that brought me back to the sport I love!
Why I Love It:
I love everything about Bodybuilding from the increased strength and energy to the ongoing transformations!
How I Stay Motivated:
Number one, my family, especially Michele(FitcentsWife)for everything she does for me prepping meals, helping with planning, keeping me motivated, the list goes on and on! thanks you sweetie I really appreciate your hard work YOU ROCK! XOXOXO
BB Accomplishments:
The loss of 44lbs during a 16 week contest we had at work called "The Biggest Loser" where I placed 2nd.
1-9-09 Currently injured(Ruptured Achilles tendon). Surgery set for next week. Plan on competing in 2010 BIGGER & STRONGER THAN EVER!
