Why I Love It:
I love everything about Bodybuilding from the increased strength and energy to the ongoing transformations!
How I Stay Motivated:
Number one, my family, especially Michele(FitcentsWife)for everything she does for me prepping meals, helping with planning, keeping me motivated, the list goes on and on! thanks you sweetie I really appreciate your hard work YOU ROCK! XOXOXO

What FitCent Is Up To:
Aug 14, 2009
FitCentchanged Weight from 247 lbs. to 239 lbs., a 8 lb. loss in 233 days
This is 1 of 3 pictures of me in really bad shape. They were my New Years 2007 resolution before pics. I remember it well.. my wife and I worked out two times, I pulled a muscle in my leg, (imagine that) and never returned.
Never returned until February 2008 that is!!
I decided to start dieting down after reflecting on my last progress pic. I am down to 239 and will update again in a couple of weeks.
So I've noticed that a lot of people who are wanting to eat clean and are trying to stay healthy and work out have the same problem: people offering them fried crap all the time.
Co-workers, friends, family, strangers on the bus, you name it, if you're eating "clean" you've probably...
good job on the 15 lbs bro! And what is the bill grant program? As for me, stuck currently in the 260's and trying to brake the plateau! Get back at me!
Good to hear thagt recovery is going well and you have goals sets for the endf of the year1 Make sure to keep me posted on how everything works out! As for me, still going at it and hoping everything will fall into place in due time!
