"I WANT TO DEADLIFT AND SQUAT MORE THAN 3 TIMES MY BODYWEIGHT, BENCH AND BENT OVER ROW MORE THAN 2 TIMES MY BODYWEIGHT AND OVERHEAD PRESS MORE THAN 1.5 TIMES MY BODYWEIGHT. I ALSO WANT TO BREAK 100 WIDE GRIP PULLUPS IN A ROW, SO FAR MY BEST IS 75"

Stick to a simple split, that you will have time to do properly. Stick to the big Compound lifts. Squats, Lunges, Pullups, Rows, Bench Press, Deadlifts. Always put form before weight, who cares what y...more

10-12 Reps seems the best balance between building Size/Srength/Stamina
