Overall Goal: I WANT TO DEADLIFT AND SQUAT MORE THAN 3 TIMES MY BODYWEIGHT, BENCH AND BENT OVER ROW MORE THAN 2 TIMES MY BODYWEIGHT AND OVERHEAD PRESS MORE THAN 1.5 TIMES MY BODYWEIGHT. I ALSO WANT TO BREAK 100 WIDE GRIP PULLUPS IN A ROW, SO FAR MY BEST IS 75

Why I Love It:
I love the improvements i have slowly worked for in my bodies shape, size and strength. I use it as time to tune out from the rest of the world. I love the intensity, the strain, the pump.

After trying the whole Bulking and Cutting thing for the last year or so im now going to try for a more balanced fitness type routine and eating plan. I would like to stay in the 68kg - 72kg range and slowly add muscle and strip fat. My goal is a bodyfat below 7.0% and a balance between...
Hey Matt, great to hear from you! Excellent avi pic displaying a cut up core and impressive arm development! My lower abs are still giving me grief but I have time to get them in check! -Jeff
