I suffered from an eating dissorder in 2006. Linked to depression over my body image. I starved myself from a fairly healthy 75KG / 165LBS down to 62KG / 136LBS. I cant explain it, but i had a moment of clarity in the middle of this destructive path, and was able to snap myself out of it.
Since then, ive started a new chapter in my life, and look forward to being as fit, strong and healthy as i can.
Why I Love It:
Just like the test of strength and desire. The pushing for another rep, or a little extra weight on a lift. And the feeling i get when i finish my routine and have nothing left in me.
How I Stay Motivated:
The fear of becoming just another middle aged fat slob, who cant keep up with life. The desire to have a body that makes me proud.
BB Accomplishments:
BENCH PRESS 35KG DUMB-BELLS FOR 10 REPS.

After trying the whole Bulking and Cutting thing for the last year or so im now going to try for a more balanced fitness type routine and eating plan. I would like to stay in the 68kg - 72kg range and slowly add muscle and strip fat. My goal is a bodyfat below 7.0% and a balance between...
Hey Matt! well, thanks! Yea, im trying to stay very balanced. I know the legs are catching up-but its going to take a little more precision with certain exercises. How are you?

Thanks, Matt! I really enjoyed this comment. With that power-beard, you've got a skeletor-thing going already. Boy, ain't those injections great? Instant relief...but I'd probably baby it for a while. Best of luck, bro. al
LOVE to hear it. I puke (or come really close to puking) every leg day. I've got all kinds of pre-lift insanity. I must look like a madman. Needless to say, I have to lift at home:)
Chains, Fit! Chains! You got some robust looking uppers going there. Those delts look like giant cue balls. Whatever you're doing, it's working. I can't wait to see your pics at your goal composition. Best of luck in the gym, brother. al
