How I Started:
My husband was the one to introduce me to training when I met him at age 20. I haven't trained in 8 years, the only exercise I've done since falling pregnant with my son in early 2006 has been swimming (during pregnancy) and walking with the pram after my son was born. I was not happy with my body and realised that I needed to resume weight training to get my fit body back.
Why I Love It:
I am happiest when I look my best. I love the way I feel when I'm really fit and lean, it gives me the energy to do anything I want. I like to feel comfortable in my clothes, and not worry about wobbly bits when I wear a swimsuit.
How I Stay Motivated:
I remind myself of my goals and that keeps me going.

My goal is to get to around 15% bodyfat and gain lean muscle in the process. I want to look good in a swimsuit.
Goal (Long):
I really admire fitness models, they have gorgeous figures with just the right amount of muscle without looking too huge for a woman. I want to look like that. I expect that with the right training and nutrition, I could expect to start seeing results in about 3 to 6 months time. In a year I should look much more defined than I am now and in 2 years, if I do it right, I should have the type of figure I have always aspired to. It will take a lot of hard work and committment, but I am 100% willing and able to stay motivated.

Christmas was great!! I hung out with family and had fun!! I even managed to watch what I ate. I have finished making my program and I can't wait till tomorrow morning!!! Snorkeling is fun. I love watching the sea life do its thing!!! Have a wonder NYE and have a wonderful afternoon!!

I have gotten all mine out of the way!! We decided to start shopping for Christmas gifts six months out. So, that has helped us out. Now I can sit back, train and watch the grandkids open their presents. How is ur new computer??

So far, it is going ok. Just getting ready for the family to come down for the holidays. I have to work a couple of hours on Christmas day, but I will be spending time between my kids, my parents, and my wife's family. SO, I will be very busy that day!! Got all your shopping done???
