How I Started:
After graduating from high school last year i noticed i had put on a little weight so i started dieting and eating hardly at all but realized i wasnt making any progress so I hired a personal trainer "Leonard Kelly" at Bally Total Fitness in Tampa, Florida and he got me in shape and educated me on nutrition and eating right and from then on I was hooked.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good about myself, i look great and people stare at my abs and body alot. It relieves stress and makes me feel a sense of accomplishment at the end of the day!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by remembering my long term goals of getting my pro card and becoming a fitness model. Reading Oxygen and other fitness magazines and seeing the women who look great in there helps me stay on track and remember why im working so hard to be more fit, toned and build muscle.

I've toned up quite a bit but looking to build more muscle in the upcoming months
