Monday: Back/Biceps

One arm cable row 3x6
Reverse back extension 3x15

Tuesday: Anaerobic Endurance Conditioning/Routine Conditioning Training Circuit

Squat hops 3x10
Strattle Hold 3x10 seconds

Plyometric Medicine ball pushups 3x10

(I use this style of working out my legs because they are my best asset...So basically I start with a weight I can barely handle for 4 reps and drop it down 5 total drops till i'm at a light weight for 20 reps)

Saturday: Cardio and core work
Sunday: Active rest "Pilates or yoga"

Cardio 6x per week
(Treadmill at an 15% incline 30-45 minutes)

Weight Training 3x per week
Routine Conditioning Training circuit 2x per week
Flexibility Training 7x per week
Anaerobic Endurance conditioning 2x per week

I will be starting the Jamie Eason Live fit program on Monday For the $100,000.00 Transformation contest. I will be following her program week by week and documenting my progress on my body space. I am very excited to begin this challenge and I am definitely looking forward to what changes I see at the end and hopefully coming home with the grand prize of $50,000 cash!! Money is a great motivator! :-)

I stay motivated by remembering my long term goals of getting my pro card and becoming a fitness model. Reading Oxygen and other fitness magazines and seeing the women who look great in there helps me stay on track and remember why im working so hard to be more fit, toned and build muscle. Cash is also a great motivator! So this contest keeps me on track!
