I have been training religiously since I was 17. It started out as a part time hobby but quickly turned into a full time addiction. I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA and am currently working on becoming certified as a specialist in performance nutrition

Hey, Issac, thanks for your friendship here on bb.com! Your shape is awesome, man. How is your diet like? How many calories? some 5000? You seem pretty much cut in your pics but can you been a whole year like that? Do you do the basic Weider training or mix up a bit? Thanks in advance, pro!

i generally train them just once a week.
I use a donkey calve machine, calve press on the leg press, and standing calve raises with a barbell. My calves are just abnormally strong. Like on the donkey machine it holds 8 plates. But i also throw on 2 plates on each of the handles and hold onto a plate. Making 13 plates and i can rep it nice and slow for like 12 reps haha. I also drop set that. Droppin plates as i reach failure
