"Yesterday marked 6 weeks until I step back on stage for the Rock Fitness Figure Competition in Laredo Texas. I am really excited and TRYING LIKE HELL to get back down to 8% by Oct 18th."
I started working out in the early 90's following the birth of my second daughter. It started as a social outlet and grew into a passion!
Why I Love It:
I love training because it makes me feel strong both emotionally and physically! The gym is the only thing I have full control over.... with a life that is hectic and demands that seem to never dwindle, it is such a great escape.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband is my ultimate motivation! He has a gorgeous body and is so regimented! I want him to always think the same of me! Plus, as a trainer, my clients look to me for motivation! I NEVER want to let them down!
BB Accomplishments:
Transformation of the week! Wow... so exciting!

Yesterday marked 6 weeks until I step back on stage for the Rock Fitness Figure Competition in Laredo Texas. I am really excited and TRYING LIKE HELL to get back down to 8% by Oct 18th.
Goal (Long):
I want to head into my 40's with a rockin body and a new vigor for fitness and health! I want to be an inspiration to others and know that I "walk the walk" when dealing with my clients!
Mainly I want to feel the rush that must come from knowing you have busted ass for the 4 - 5 months prior to stepping on that stage.
I am excited (and a little scared) to experience all the ups and downs that I suspect will come in the next few months as I prepare for competition. I KNOW that it will all be worth it and the transformation will much more than just a physical one! I know this will make me stronger and the challenge will teach me so much about my personal strengths and capabilities!
Wish me luck! :)
Weight Goal:
I want to LOSE 7 lb
Bodyfat Goal:
8%
