Getting alot stronger, way too much body fat.

Trip to Cancun with family. Very strong here. However, not the look and feel that I want, too much body fat. 230 pounds. After this trip started doing alot more cardio and started eating clean. Body for life and Tosca Reno way of eating. Six small meals a day.

Today is the day (08-09-08) I'm going to focus on my abs. I plan to focus on middle abs. I have always worked them, but never focused on them. I plan to start using heavy weights during my abs workouts. Lets see what happens over the next couple months.

Eating clean. I think my abs are getting a little better. I did hurt my back trying to wake board this past weekend. Couple days of no working out.

Today is my forty sixth birthday. I think the extra ab work and clean eating is working. Weight is 207 this morning.

Getting stronger after losing 20 pounds. Stacking No Explode, Cell Mass and Syntha 6. Eating very clean, I feel like my body is getting leaner yet stronger.

Weight 204. Continuing to eat clean. My body is getting leaner. Yet building muscle. Working hard on all of the big three; Diet, Cardio and Weights.
