I started lifting weights while playing High School and College football. Took approx. 9 years off, and started lifting again at the age of 36. Have seriously worked out for the last 4 1/2 years. I do both weight lifting and cardio. I have always been a fairly healthy eater but have really learned to eat clean in the past year.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy working out because it keeps me young and feeling great about myself. It helps relieve stress. My wife also enjoys working out and we help motivate and push each other. We really help each other with the eating.
How I Stay Motivated:
I feel like I am getting younger not older.

I have changed my body over the past couple years by working hard in gym and eating right.
