Been working out since I was 13 off an on. Started family and gained weight (238 and 34%BF), my heaviest, so I decided to start back up in Mach of 08. Currently 214.5 and around 16-18% BF.

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Establish your goal, write it down, look at it every day and know you will get there no matter how tough the journey. Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
No
Why or why not?
They don't need to know the goals, only that I have them. Goals are something personal. Then again, if they see me in a magazine one day... I think they might figure it out.
Currently I have been experimenting with a non-veggie nutrition plan consisting of chicken, eggs and fiber.
Every day:
05:00 – Cardio 1hr
06:00 – 2 Egg White, 1 whole egg scramble with a shot of milk and two slices of American cheese. 6oz of OJ. 1cup of Oatmeal with cinnamon and...
