How I Started:
How i got started bodybuilding was when all my friends started to lift at kevin's gym for there first time so i went with and im still lifting till this day. We all started in 6th grade and only a couple of us are still doing it.
Why I Love It:
the reason why i love to body build is i love the way chicks look at you. And its really cool of how much strength you gain.its amazing how my body has changed over the years.And i love to show people that even if your the shortest your can still become what you want and be strong than people bigger than you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set a goal thats the easiest way for me if i put my mind to it i will make that goal. Another way is i look at what used to happen to me getting made fun of because of my height so i just say to myself hey u need to prove a point lets go!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
well my biggest one is i used weigh only 125 and benched 250 thats my biggest one. And i have a six pack.And shuting up all the people who said i would be nothing but to small.

Training going very well, as usual! A month ago I changed a bit my routine (4-day split): gone down a bit with weights and upped the sets and come back keeping the rest time. I train with a low rest time beetween sets and exercises so the intensity of my session has raised drastically! Each time I left the gym I'm destroyed but satisfied! Now, I found in an article on bb.com a routine that made me a lot curious. Form next Monday I want test it for a month and see what's the results!
