How I Started:
How i got started bodybuilding was when all my friends started to lift at kevin's gym for there first time so i went with and im still lifting till this day. We all started in 6th grade and only a couple of us are still doing it.
Why I Love It:
the reason why i love to body build is i love the way chicks look at you. And its really cool of how much strength you gain.its amazing how my body has changed over the years.And i love to show people that even if your the shortest your can still become what you want and be strong than people bigger than you.
How I Stay Motivated:
I set a goal thats the easiest way for me if i put my mind to it i will make that goal. Another way is i look at what used to happen to me getting made fun of because of my height so i just say to myself hey u need to prove a point lets go!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
well my biggest one is i used weigh only 125 and benched 250 thats my biggest one. And i have a six pack.And shuting up all the people who said i would be nothing but to small.
My goal is to be the best brett fisher can be. i want to show people im not that little kid anymore. i want to pack serious muscle on for the years to come.I want to show people that you can do anything no matter what size shape or age you are as long as u put your mind to it.
Why do wrestlers and swimmers always look the best? ha Great looking set of muscles. You put yourself in mortal danger: girls will try to capture you.

Thx for the comment. Actually I'm busy about my study schedule.. so no space tin=me to train. BUT I'll find time to do and train it.. it's gonna be better.

Be patient! Results don't come over night. Just stay consisent & doing what cha doing. I've been working out for over 8 years now. You'll achieve your goals over time!
