I started when my track and field club got every one in the gym.
Why I Love It:
I just love lifting heavy! Nothing like have those steel plates moving!

I just think bout how its gonna benifit me in football and track...And theres nothing like lifting more the next week!

Workout Program:
I realise most people here are into bodybuilding and looking pretty, but me, I just want to lift more and more. I got a flabby looking chest, but I bench press 325 for my 1RM and im only 16.

If you just want to lift big weights but are in a bit of a slump, TRY THIS!!!!

sorry for the slow reply bud, been busy moving back up to uwo last couple weeks. as for the PL gym, I dont go to it yet but I am thinking about starting closer to the end of nov. when I get a squat suit. Anyways if you ever hitup the uwo gym Im there in the mornings just leave me a msg and we can coordinate something. take care
