I started in HighSchool and I've been hooked ever since!
Why I Love It:
I enjoy living a healthy lifestyle. There is a plethora of information when it comes to excersice and nutrition. You can always adjust your workouts, diet, and supplementing and see some amazing results!
How I Stay Motivated:
There is always room for improvement.
Its always awesome to see me change physically get stronger and an even better shape.

None...I don't compete but I have mad respect for those that do...Plain and simple I just don't look very good in a banana hammock! LOL!

I haven't been doing much crossfit, because I was training and lifting heavy for my last competition. But now I am going to start incorporating some crossfit into my workouts to change it up a bit! You are welcome for the compliments, you earned them, keep it up!
Sounds good. I eat every three hours.. when I know we are going out for training or whatever I mix up a meal replacement, and toss the bottle in the big water bottle on the truck. just to make sure i don't miss anything.
my next is may as well.. i am having issues gaining.. i am doing 4000 calories, yet i have the metabolism of an anorexic shark. oh well. plenty of fat over the holidays, then i'll start back to business.
