How I Started:
I was in the best shape of my life when I was training a few years ago. I was on the Fire Department and it helped me with endurance and strength in working the fires. I became obcessed and went overboard. After a minor shoulder injury (meaning it didn't require surgery) kept getting irritated every time I worked it, I ended up laying off and turning into a somewhat doughy gent that I am trying to reconstruct. Update. Back in it for a week now. Basically starting over again.
Why I Love It:
Thank you so much to everyone who has given me inspiration and support through your comments and messages. It really gives me even more drive to be successful. I feel great and I owe part of that to many of you on here! Thank you!
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see progress.....I try harder. More progress.....more effort.

thanks! I am really noticing a difference in the calves. It may be my body fat is getting a tad lower- bring out the muscle more! I know- i am gonna try to clean mailbox tomorrow. Hope you are doing well
Just getting back into a regiment..loking for good motivation from those in the area....are the supplements on your sites hihgly helpful..what else would you suggest?
