Reason: It is quite obvious. His words speak volumes. Read them. Absorb them. Let them inspire you when you think you can't, you actually can do just about anything you put your mind too. Thanks Captain Ahab. You inspire indeed.

Reason: A friend, fellow firefighter and full of laughs, I have watched Chad get bigger and bigger over the past couple of years and it is inspiring. He would be awesome to have on any department. He epitomizes what a fit firefighter should be.

Reason: He has the kind of chest, abs and arms that I am striving for.

Reason: He ran cross country. I ran long distance when I was his age. Now he is doing what I wish I had done at his age. His photos inspire me to push harder in the gym. He is in the U.S. Army National Guard and keeping himself in top shape. That speaks volumes. I wish him all the success possible in his personal training business vision.
