Reason: Likewise with this one. A friend gave it to me after he bought it from Sam's Club. Good stuff but do not take after a workout. It does not have glutamine in it and you need glutamine to keep from getting sore after your workouts. It is less expensive at Sam's Club.

Reason: A friend gave it to me and the bag is going to last forever since it is 6 pounds. He bought it at Sam's Club where it is a whole lot less expensive.
