Personal Info And Background:
Real Name: Steve...5' 9....NEW VIDEO UPLOADED TO PROFILE.
Sex: Male
Age: 48
Location: Wilmington, North Carolina, United States
Occupation: Fireman 4 Now/Working On Alt Plan/ Certified Personal Trainer
Personal Website: http://www.myspace.com/thefitnessguy
Gym: Gold's
Gym Location: Racine Drive
When I Started: Jun, 2003
How I Started: I was working out in the military in the early 80s but wanted muscle to help me in my present career as well as for my self-esteem. Back in 1984 I was running 10 miles a day, 6 days a week and was only 150 # wet. Injury after injury plagued me and it was highly discouraging.

I started lifting in 1995 in my fire house. Overuse took over and I was injured from too many days of pyramids in bench pressing. I succumbed to the injury and would have surgery almost a year later. I never wanted to look at weights again.

I started working out again in 2003 after a 7 year break from it since I had to deal with shoulder surgery in 1996.
Why I Love It: Setting the standard of fitness in my occupation. I need to be healthy as I get older and I need strength for my job and self-confidence for day to day life.
How I Stay Motivated: I use this formula: Desire, Discipline,Delight.

Desire to work out.
Discipline TO work out.
Delight in the results.
BB Accomplishments: My chest is really cut now and my shoulders have followed suit. Legs are following now.
Forum Signature: "An active mind cannot exist in an inactive body.

To gain strength, always go beyond exhaustion."

Description: I greet an office worker with a birthday wish for her 50th. She gets more than she bargains for when he shows up at the desk. She didn't know there would be someone there to make her day even hotter on that August day in 2007. Disclaimer :Absolutely no "f.d. issued" gear was used in this prank. The gear was given to the prankster by a former department when the prankster participated in a firefighter auction. The prankster plays by the rules of his employer and accepts no responsibility for the prejudices and judgments made to the contrary by the viewer.

Steve, I've got two years to meet your age. Hope I can look as comfortable in my skin as you look in yours. Physical is only one part of who we are, I know, but you look like you're enjoying that part of yours. Great example for guys like us--40's--who think we're too old for this. Load of crap, that is.
