If you are looking for a program that really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week total body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.

Good luck bro! My advice is set realistic goals (ie losing 1-2lbs a week) and NEVER GIVE UP! There are a lot of helpful people on here.
