I'm doing a lot of plyometrics mixed with heavy weights. I started working with a coach for the first time and am really loving how sore each new workout makes me. Recently I have followed, enjoyed and had great results from Muscle Pharm's Live Shredded Program and Jamie Eason's LiveFit TRainer.

Currently my macros will be at 40/40/20. Protein/ Carbs/ Fat. I'm eating as clean as possible, avoiding processed foods and simple carbs.

Every day I take a multi vitamin and fish oil. To amp up my work out's I use BSN N.O Xplode or my new favorite, Hyper FX. Since I've been trying to lean out I've been taking CLA, green tea, Yohimbe, chromium picolinate and L-carnitine. I take Dynmatize creatine powder and Muscle Pharm glutamine powder mixed with On Hydro Whey, Gold Standard Whey or Myofusion Probiotics as a post workout recovery shake. My favorite proteins of all time are On Gold Standard Extreme Milk Chocolate and Myofusion Probiotics in Cinnamon Roll. Every morning I have my myofusion, oats and flax for breakfast. Sometimes I add in pumkin pie spice and pumpkin, that my friends, is true love. On days I have long runs or bike rides I take Hammer Nutrition Endurolytes. Electrolytes in a capsule! If you haven't used these babies you are missing out! They work awesome and you don't have to choke down some neon concoction.

To stay motivated I keep my goals and dreams in mind. Life is short, I have places I need to be and dreams to be achieved. I can not and will not wait for tomorrow. I want to make every day count. On days I get discouraged I hop on bodyspace and see everybody else going through the same cycles as me. Overall we're a highly motivated, disiplined and slightly crazy bunch. We all have bad days-thank you for letting me lean on you guys to get through mine.
