if you do the workout, have some oatmeal one hour before so you can have enough energy to finish. remember not to lose count for if you do you have to start over at one....no i think it was 44. not...what you can't finish in one set is the amount of time you have to rest before you begin again. keep me posted. train hard, play harder. jeff
i just posted it at the top with a got heart blog for you to read just before you attempt my leg workout. now you can add 4 sets of 100 rep calf at the end of the routine to make a grand total of 2400reps if you can get that far. let me know how you do. i had a girl today in my gym try it. im sure she is cussing me out right about now. enjoy. jeff
