How I Started:
I have started because I look and feel terrible everyday. I have no energy, and feel ashamed to walk around with a gut. Most of my clothes don't fit me anymore.
Why I Love It:
Because I want and need to feel and look better.
How I Stay Motivated:
Heart Disease and Diabetes run through my family history. I have not helped the process, for the past 3 years I have eaten fast food everyday. I raised my Cholesterol high. I just want to look my age, not look 10 years older.
I gained 30 pounds in 3 years. I look so much older than 24. I used to be athletic, now I just look old. I did eat terrible. I want to lose the weight because I want to coach football and you can't do it out of shape.
My main goal is to get my life back in order.
No more fast food. No more brownies. No more Big Macs.
