Goal (Long):
"Ever since I was little I always remember being Bigger than everyone else, and I finally made the choice to do something about it. I looked so good and felt great about myself, but then go injuried and began to get into old habits. I would love to get back to the old me and get under 200 lbs."
“The only thing that will stop you from fulfilling your dreams is you.”
“You are now at a crossroads. This is your opportunity to make the most important decision you will ever make. Forget your past. Who are you now? Who have you decided you really are now? Don't think about who you...
I'm limited to 20# on lifting for another month or so. Neck surgery went well, just sore as hell for a while yet. Dang fire helmets are too heavy I guess!!!
