Wow!!!...well i was in football from jr high all the way through Sr yr. I was off an on from 01 (graduation) till about 06'. Once 06 hit i was pretty consistent 5 days aweek etc... One day ended up maxing out 385 on bench press did it once and wantd to do it again and then i did and guess what tore my rotator cuff ended up having surgery ( a yr later) ended up gaining a crap load of weight etc.. so long story short i finally got my release to head back to the gym and its just hard getting motivated but im trying so wish me luck.
Why I Love It:
I love to look good. NOT consided, just want to look good, plus the career field i'm in you have to look your best.
How I Stay Motivated:
Dont know really before it was just easy till I got hurt no its physically impossible, even more so when my most of my guys that i work out with are juice heads(witch i dont care either way) i just cant do it because of my career....but either way im trying to get back into it..look up BGDOG18...LOL THATS my friend from waaaay back in the day and he's doing good so i guess hes my motivator
BB Accomplishments:
hittin 385...on bench press....i wanted to get to the 400 club but..now i realize it doesnt matter how much weight u put up..its all about how ur body looks....

What bicep workout has worked best for you?
Pyramids- Only done once a week because of to much strain on the body.
You and ur partner face each other and grab a moderate weight (curl bar) i usually well i did 70 or 80 lbs...now i have to do 40 or 50lbs because of my injury. You do one then pass to your partner he does one then back to you, you do 2, then pass to him he does 2 and so on all the way to 10. Once you've reached ten rest for 45secs to a min then start at 10, then go down to one....Pyramids- Only done once a week because of to much strain on the body.

Im pretty much maxed out at about 237...I think Im gonna cut up to 225 as soon as im done this tub of cell-****. Get Racked!! Ripped and Jacked!
