I am in Phoenix, AZ for the week, taking care of family. Damn, it's hot here.  The heat sucked it out of my workout today.  Made the workout 1.5 hrs instead of 1 hr.  Got it done, and that's all that matters.  I will be getting in early the rest of the week.
