How BAD do I want to do well in this competition? Well....

Michelle, fantastic that you are wanting to compete. Any new pics of progress? Which competition are you thinking of entering? I live in Orlando, and either attend or compete in most around the area. Best of luck, any questions on training, diet, etc. ... let me know - Pat
BTW - you are lookin good, keep workin hard !!
Michelle, your stomach sure did look good back when you worked out, and the good news is you did it before and you know how to do it again! I hear muscle memory is great, and you should have some really good results soon enough. Cardio, weights, and diet are the only way to do it, and since you already know that, it'll just be a matter of you putting in the hard work. Go for it! I'm lookin forward to seeing some great progress pics in a few months!!!
