I have always been a skinny kid, so I wanted gain power, muscle, and weight.
Why I Love It:
It is fantastic to see the results of your own hard work and it's really pleasing.
How I Stay Motivated:
Standing front of a mirror and flexing or then asking from people "How do I look?"

Main Goal:
Gain Muscle
Goal (Short):
I started a really hard training for musclemass
at 8. of July and will continue it about 3 months.
Then hopely I've gained 5-10 kg lean muscle.
Goal (Long):
I'll do the hard training atleast a couple of years and think then what's next.
My main goal is to gain as much muscle I can in 2 years without any extra vitamins or any else products cause still as teenager I don't take that risk. But after teenage I could use them. I thinked this business with my folks and we decidedto that I'll not use them yet.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 60 kg
