Where do you mainly workout?

Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
I work out in a martial arts studio. The pros are that it's rarely crowded and that I often have the place all to myself. The cons are that sometimes, people will corner me and talk to me forever.

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
Now, I just log it on here and in a notebook at home.
