How I Started:
When I was a kid, my brother came home from college built like a brick $hit house and he had a Franco Columbu bodybuilding book. That was the start of my love for the life style.
Why I Love It:
It's my own little world, something to call my own. No stress, no drama. It's just me and the goal at hand.

Goal (Long):
I've been weight training off and on most of my life. A couple of years ago, I found myself at 212 pounds and decided it was time to get back into shape. I started running and now I'm down to 170. I lost a good deal of muscle mass in the process, but I'm much happier. Now it's time to get to work sculpting the body I've always wanted. I want to get to 190 pounds and maintain 6 to 8 percent bodyfat.
