It's getting to be crazy hooked up with great training partners that have taught me allot.Every week changing things up,lifting 6-10 heavy ass weight,super sets,20 reps,50 reps and 100 reps.Mostly allot of old school workouts and some crazy shit as well for example standing over head shoulder fly's

sun back
mon arms
tues cardio
wed shoulders
thurs legs
Cardio everyday half hour and abs and lower back 2 days on,calves every 3 days |
