like i said in my blog i was always big guy. I was leaving Las Vegas in january when i see no other than Jay cutler walking past me. That and seeing my vacation pics was motivation enough to go back to the gym and train the right way.
Why I Love It:
because this is something I am doing for myself no one else.When i just want to be secluded from the world for two hours i go to the gym and put on my headphones. After quitting smoking this is an addiction that I won't give up
How I Stay Motivated:
by surrounding my self with positive people. Advice and knowledge from advanced bodybuilders natural and enhanced, and knowing that every day I train is one day closer to my goal
BB Accomplishments:
has to be knowledge in nutrition, im not a pro but for basic knowledge I surprise some people. Also how to lift proper
wow learned allot in this past year,we have a pro at our gym Mr. Henderson Thorne he is a great insperation to all of us at the gym.What ive learned this year is to look more closely at my diet and my lifting,had allot of joint pain lifting totally wrong but i have great training partners that have showed me allot and there is always room for improvent.

It's getting to be crazy hooked up with great training partners that have taught me allot.Every week changing things up,lifting 6-10 heavy ass weight,super sets,20 reps,50 reps and 100 reps.Mostly allot of old school workouts and some crazy shit as well for example standing over head shoulder...

Whaaat? Why did you sell your bike?? I'm not sure what I'm getting into yet. Just found out I'm going to have to come into work, but no worries...work hard, play hard! Haa!
