The Beginning :-/
Relaxed and flexed front, before workout, before routine has been started (after about a month break from calisthenics). Weight 130Lbs, Bodyfat ~ 5%, General Sense: Skinny. ^_^
Working on the abs, have a long ways to go though.

Same collage as before, can't really see arm definition from this angle, perhaps next month I'll do a third shot for a different angle, maybe a back shot too. Lulz at my long hair from before.

Once again, about 140 Lbs. I seem to have lost some definition in my bicep, but size has increased.

Definitely need to start hitting the abdominal region again. Other than that, it seems all the dumbbell work is keeping good symmetry with arms/chest.

Going to start doubling the intake on supplements (600-->1000 Calories) to see if weight gain can accelerate.
