Thanks :-) Of course I'm trying to keep it all lean mass. It's slower coming that just pure bulking, but I'm not up for temporary or crap gains.

I did calisthenic (pushup, situp, pullup) workouts from 18-20, and have done mass lifting since August 2008. Figured I'd never ever gain weight (the tough thing for my build to do) with calisthenics, but tell ya what, when you do them (calisthenics) often, you get dang good at doing them :-)

Yeah, I always have a shuffle (iPod) around my neck to keep in step. I started using a preworkout supplement that's really making working out smooth, it's just a few hours later that my body screams "REST!"

Ahh, my bodytype is pretty much anti-cardio (lucky me eh?). I work about 12 hours a week at the Aerobics Center here on campus, keepin' everything clean and such. Mid afternoons are great for finding free equipment around here.
